"Fair Use" Protocols

1.   The Pension Universe Report itself is copyright.  You may make copies, including electronic copies, for internal use, but you may not redistribute any portion of the Pension Universe Report outside your Company.

2.   Internal use includes use by professional advisors who have access to your Company's internal documents and who are bound by a contractual or professional duty of confidentiality such as lawyers, investment bankers or management consultants.

3.   External use is limited to the inclusion of incidental information from the Pension Universe Report in original documents prepared by your company for release to regulators, investors, sales intermediaries, clients and the general public and is further limited by the following rules: a.    You may use only your own data and the market totals from any table. b.  You may not directly or indirectly refer to any company other than your own unless such information has already been released by Fraser Group under the Public Disclosure Policy.

4.   The Pension Universe Report should be cited formally as

  Pension Universe Report (2008 Data), Fraser Group, 2009

or less formally as

  Pension Universe Report (Fraser Group) or just Fraser Group.
