Simple Staffing Survey

 

The Simple Staffing Survey is a simple count  of staff working  within the Group Retirement business in Canada and is intended to supplement the benchmarking of unit costs provided by our Cost Structure Analysis Study.

The report will assist participants in understanding industry variations in:

 

  • Overall staffing levels
  • The allocation of staff among functions
  • The mix of full-time and part-time staff
  • The regional distribution of branch office staff
